Covid 19 Health & Safety Measures

Our customers and our families safety is our number one priority at Finn Footwear.  As a result of this we feel it is necessary to put a number of procedures in place to ensure this. 

Our website is fully functional offering free delivery on orders over €30 and free store pickup during this time. We would encourage our customers to use this facility where possible to place your orders, or at least to make yourself familiar with our product range ahead of visiting one of our shops.

We offer a private appointment only service. Appointments can be booked in the following ways phone, email, instant messenger or via Facebook. 

We are offering a mobile shoe service, available to the most vulnerable in the local communities of Ballyhaunis and Kiltimagh every Monday. Please contact us if you would like to avail of this service. Customers needs will be identified prior to the appointment.

For anyone visiting our stores please take note of the following 

  • Social distancing must be adhered to at all times and signage is displayed in store to help you manage a safe distance.
  • Maximum of two customers at once in the shop to be respected unless all from the same household. (Max 4 from one family)
  • Hand sanitiser and disposable gloves will be available for all customers at the entry of our stores and we request it is compulsory to use both prior to entering.
  • We encourage customers to wear a mask if possible. 
  • Due to spacing restrictions we please ask that no buggies are brought into the shop at this time.
  • Please note at this time we cannot offer a contact measuring service. However we can guide you through the measuring process. Also available on our website is a guide to measuring your children’s feet at home. 
  • Children are welcome, however we recommend booking one of our private appointments if you need guidance in sizing. 
  • We ask customers to pay with card where possible at this time. 
  • Anyone that has chosen to avail of our free store pickup will be contacted when there order is ready and a suitable time for pickup will be arranged.
